A retired policeman was assaulted with sticks by a group of men on a street in Uttar Pradesh’s Allahabad. Appallingly, while he was beaten no one came forward to stop the assault and help the 70-year-old man.
The victim, Abdul Samad Khan, lay motionless with one arm almost mutilated due to the gruesome assault by three men.
The attack took place Monday morning and was captured in the CCTV camera.
