Fox released a poster for the final two episodes of Gotham, featuring the caped crusader himself.

The poster, which can be seen below, simply shows off the back of Batman’s head and shoulders, looming over Gotham City. It includes the tagline “The Dark Knight is upon us.”

This two-part series finale will be made up of episodes 99 and 100, rounding out the prequel series that centers on James Gordon (Ben McKenzie) prior to the rise of Batman. Episode 99, “They Did What?,” premieres on April 18 and Episode 100, “The Beginning…,” premieres on April 25, both on Fox.

The official synopsis of “They Did What?” reads: “As Bane (guest star Shane West) enacts his final plan for Gotham’s destruction, Gordon rallies his former enemies to save the city. Meanwhile, Nyssa al Ghul (guest star Jaime Murray) kidnaps Barbara’s newborn daughter with ambitions to raise her as her own. Then, Bruce’s decision to leave Gotham points him to his destiny, while devastating Selina.”

We’ve seen actor David Mazouz as a young Bruce Wayne in the show, and according to The Wrap, his face and voice will be used for Batman – despite the show experiencing a 10-year time jump. Executive producer John Stephens said the suit is for someone six-foot-four, though close ups of Batman will show Mazouz in the cowl. “The face that you see under the cowl is 100 percent David Mazouz’s face,” said Stephens. “We’ll hear [his] voice as well, and his own Batman growl.”
