Even after a long hunt, the Maharashtra Police could not find two minor girls who were kidnapped by a 65-year-old man. The girls were to be used as a sacrificial offering by the culprit.

However, a brave man had the courage to save the girls and he has now been warded a man by the police for rescuing the girls. One of the girls was 11-years-old and the other was 8-year-old. The two were kidnapped from Maharashtra and were brought to Surat with the intention of being used as sacrificial offerings.
Imran Bhai Shah, a server at Kim Kothwa mosque in Surat district, heard the two girls crying. He approached them and was told that they were kidnapped by a man called Babban Pawra, from their home some five days ago. The girls were residents of Sahda village in Maharashtra’s Nandurbar district.
