Finn Balor as The Demon King became The New WWE Intercontinental Champion by defeating Bobby Lashley last night at WrestleMania 35. Balor is now a two-time WWE Intercontinental Champion. Lashley won the title back on The March 11th episode of Monday Night RAW by defeating Balor.
