The IIconics have been on Smackdown for a while now, and while they did make an impact by beating down Charlotte Flair in their debuts, neither Peyton Royce nor Billie Kay have been very successful in the weeks since then. However, WrestlingNews.co has noted that WWE officials have been impressed with how the merchandise for the duo has been selling. As a result, WWE is reportedly changing their plans for the two Australian wrestlers. The two are now expected to be pushed by the company as a dominant heel tag team, much like how LayCool and The Bella Twins were pushed a few years ago. Kay and Royce are expected to appear on Smackdown later on tonight.

It has been a while since WWE fans have seen a glimpse of Jason Jordan on WWE television. The young athlete had been receiving a major push on Raw before a serious neck injury forced him to miss several months of action. Recent reports have claimed that Jordan has been visiting some of WWE’s latest shows, and Jordan was reportedly spotted backstage once again last night. PWInsider has reported that Jordan was in the back during last night’s Raw show in Richmond, Virginia. In the past, constant backstage visits from injured WWE Superstars are a result of that injured talent receiving their final medical updates before finally getting cleared to return to the ring.
