Next week’s episode of WWE 205 Live will determine the first ever challenger to Buddy Murphy’s reign as WWE Cruiserweight Champion.

Per the new champion’s request, his friend Tony Nese will get an opportunity to prove himself worthy of a title shot, but he will have to get through the “Heart of 205 Live” to do it, as he will go one-on-one with Mustafa Ali. Speaking of Ali, the high-flying Chicagoan defeated Hideo Itami in a brutal Falls Count Anywhere this Wednesday night, effectively ending their rivalry for the time being.

Also announced for next week’s show, The Brian Kendrick will get a chance to get his hands on Jack Gallagher for the first time since being assaulted by Gentlemen Jack and Drew Gulak several weeks ago on 205 Live. The two will face off in a grudge match next Wednesday night.
