The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has issued an advisory to Indians on travelling to Turkey which is currently involved in a military offensive in neighboring Syria against the Kurds.
“Although there have been no reports of the untoward incident in the country so far, involving Indian nationals, travelers are required to exercise utmost caution while traveling to Turkey,” the advisory said.
