The LFP have this afternoon published the initial details of the medical plan to get French football in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 back on the road following this period of COVID-19 induced disruption.
The protocol, developed in collaboration with the FFF Medical Commission and the doctors of each of the Ligue 1 and Ligue 2 clubs, includes all the provisions required for players to return to their respective training centres during the week of May 11th, which includes the completion of a full medical check-up (cardiological, virological and psychological tests), as well as PCR COVID-19 tests.
Daily medical monitoring will also occur from that point onward, which will be detailed in a further release at the end of this month.
