According to Nabil Djellit of France Football, OGC Nice are offering €8.5m to sign Al Hilal attacking midfielder Carlos Eduardo.
The Middle Eastern side could be set to sell at €10m, according to the journalist.
The player wants to return to Europe and specifically Nice.
