Be still our hearts! After months of anticipation, the modern-day Love Actually mini sequel has finally hit American shores!

Fans tuned in Thursday night for NBC’s star-studded charity Red Nose Day Special, which featured the premiere of Red Nose Day Actually—the long-awaited follow up to the beloved movie.

The 16-minute clip picks up 14 years after the original film’s conclusion and stars nearly every member of the original cast, including Liam Neeson, Hugh Grant, Keira Knightley, Colin Firth, Thomas Brodie-Sangster, Laura Linney, and Andrew Lincoln, just to name a few. Proceeds from the special help disadvantaged children around the world through Red Nose Day, a world-wide fundraising effort organized by Comic Relief.

The holiday classic’s sequel finds Knightley’s character, Juliet, still married to Peter (Chiwetel Ejiofor), while Mark (Lincoln) has settled down with none other than Kate Moss. We’re happy to report that the Prime Minister (Grant) still dancing and remains very much in love with Natalie, as well as the fact that Jamie (Firth) and Aurelia now have three kids and one on the way. And, although Sarah (Linney) wasn’t able to make it work with her hunky co-worker Karl, she did manage to snag McDreamy himself, Patrick Dempsey. Surprise!
