— Vic Joseph welcomes us to Full Sail University and runs down everything that happened last week, as Nikki Cross made her way to the ring to get things started.

— NIKKI CROSS def. MERCEDES MARTINEZ with the Purge. Lots of good chain wrestling and Mercedes showed that same badass attitude as she did in the Mae Young Classic. She did a lot of ground-and-pound and actually got a little color on Nikki. Both ladies looked good.

— Candice LeRae came out and got in Nikki Cross’ face. She asked Nikki why she didn’t say anything, referring to her husband Johnny Gargano being the attacker that assaulted Aleister Black. Nikki laughed at her until Black himself came out, demanding to know where ole Johnny Wrestling was. Candice hasn’t seen him, and Black threatened that her husband no longer had a future.

— THE STREET PROFITS def. THE MIGHTY after Montez Ford hit an incredible springboard Frog Splash. Another good match where both teams looked solid. In case you missed it, the Street Profits won the EVOLVE Tag Team Championships this past weekend.

— William Regal was interviewed backstage. The NXT GM announced that Tommaso Ciampa will defend the NXT Championship at Takeover: WarGames against Velveteen Dream. He also confirms that Aleister Black will get his hands on Johnny Gargano in singles competition.

— MATT RIDDLE def. LUKE MENZIES via submission with the Bromission. This was Riddle’s in-ring debut for NXT and the fans were hyped as hell to see him.

— They showed footage of Shayna Baszler winning the NXT Women’s Championship at WWE Evolution, and the post-match footage of Kairi Sane barely being able to walk through the halls, screaming at Shayna after the match.

— ONEY LORCAN & DANNY BURCH def. RAUL MENDOZA & HUMBERTO CARRILLO after a double team DDT. This didn’t last long.

— The Undisputed Era made their way through the backstage area bragging about how great they are, when the War Raiders attacked them out of nowhere. They got into a huge brawl that spilled outside. Tons of weapons including trash cans and chairs were used. Ricochet and Pete Dunne eventually joined in the fray and it spilled back into the arena and out in front of the fans. The babyfaces got the upper hand and sent Undisputed Era scrambling. William Regal announced that two eight men would face off in a traditional WarGames match at Takeover.
