WWE.com has announced the following, confirming Ruby Riott has suffered a sprained MCL:

JULY 3, 2018 UPDATE: Ruby Riott’s MRI confirmed an MCL sprain in her left knee.

Ruby Riott sustained an injury to her left knee at a WWE Live Event over the weekend, WWE.com can confirm.

An MRI to determine the extent of the damage was scheduled for earlier today.

As noted, WWE previously announced Riott had suffered an injury during her live event match against Dana Brooke on Friday night, and Riott joins Shinsuke Nakamura and Bray Wyatt as other top WWE talents who are currently out with injury.

Following Raw on Monday night, Riott Tweeted the following, commenting on The Riott Squad without their leader. As of this writing, there remains no word as to when Riott is expected to return to the ring:
